Terms of Use
These Terms govern boriklabs.com and BorikLabs products and services, including Operator. Some products or services may have additional terms; if there is a conflict, the additional terms apply. By using boriklabs.com or a BorikLabs product or service, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms for Operator are in Product-specific terms below. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Purchases and payments
Prices and purchase terms are shown on the relevant product page or at checkout. Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. BorikLabs does not receive or store your full payment-card details. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase a BorikLabs product or service. If a payment is reversed or charged back, access to the related product or service may be suspended.
2. Third-party services
BorikLabs products may connect to third-party services, including AI providers. Those services are separate from BorikLabs. You are responsible for your accounts, any charges, and following their terms. BorikLabs does not control their availability or data practices.
3. BorikLabs intellectual property
BorikLabs owns its products, software, website, branding, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not reverse-engineer BorikLabs software or extract its code or system prompts, except where the law expressly permits.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use a BorikLabs product or service to break the law, distribute harmful software, interfere with BorikLabs services, or violate another person's rights. You may not resell, share, or transfer access, including any license or license key, or use a product on more devices than its license allows.
5. Disclaimer
BorikLabs products and services are provided "as is." We cannot promise they will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future software versions. AI-generated results may be incorrect, so review changes and save your work before using automation features.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BorikLabs is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, work, or data. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the BorikLabs product or service involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Support and termination
BorikLabs provides reasonable email support but does not guarantee response times. We may suspend or end your access to a BorikLabs product or service if you materially breach these Terms.
8. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in India.

11. Product-specific terms
11.1 Operator
Operator is BorikLabs software for Adobe After Effects. These terms apply in addition to the sections above. BorikLabs is not affiliated with Adobe.
- License. Purchasing Operator gives you a personal, non-transferable license for one user on up to two devices at a time. You may use Operator for personal and commercial work. Each user needs their own license. You can deactivate a device and activate Operator on another. You may not share or transfer your license or activation credentials, or distribute, resell, or sublicense Operator.
- Trial and refunds. Operator includes a seven-day free trial. You may request a full refund for any reason within seven days of purchase by emailing support@boriklabs.com from your purchase email. Refunded licenses are deactivated. Charges from your AI provider are separate and cannot be refunded by BorikLabs.
- Updates. Your purchase includes one year of updates. After that, you can continue using your current version of Operator indefinitely or purchase another year of updates.
- Your work. BorikLabs does not claim ownership of work you create with Operator. You are responsible for reviewing Operator's results and for having the necessary rights to material you provide.
