Put Operator to work in After Effects. No Operator account or credit card required.

Requires After Effects 22.0 (2022) or later.

One .zxp file for both platforms.

Already have a license? Use this download, then enter your key in Settings.

Install Operator, connect your AI, then make your first edit.

Install the extension

Close After Effects. Open ZXP Installer, drag Operator.zxp into its window, and wait for the installation to finish.

Open Operator

Reopen After Effects, then choose Window → Extensions → Operator. Dock or resize the panel wherever it suits your workspace.

On the welcome screen, choose Start free trial or I have a license key. Follow the setup screens, then connect your AI.

Save your project and open a composition. Paste this into Operator:
