Before you buy
Is Operator a subscription?
No. Operator is a one-time purchase of $69. Your license does not expire. AI service charges are separate and paid directly to your provider.
What happens after the first year?
Every version released during your year of updates stays yours permanently. You can keep using those versions or purchase another year of updates. Renewal is optional.
Which AI connection do I need?
Connect a supported subscription or an API key from your preferred provider. Your provider’s rates and usage limits apply, including during the trial. See how to connect your AI.
Can I use Operator on more than one computer?
Yes. Your license covers one person on up to 2 devices at a time. Deactivate a device to activate another. Each person needs their own license.
What happens after I buy?
Polar emails your license key after checkout. Install Operator, open Settings, and enter your key. If you already have the trial installed, use the same installation. Read the activation guide.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@boriklabs.com from your purchase email within seven days for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunded licenses are deactivated. AI provider charges are separate and cannot be refunded by BorikLabs.
